The Robert Plumb collection has a consistent ethos: well-designed, thoughtfully crafted pieces that are robust enough for the outdoors and stylish enough to come inside. There is a selection of timeless timber and metal furniture, pots and planters designed and made locally, alongside complementary items sourced from international design houses. The core range of architectural accessories and hardware includes fire pits, letterboxes, outdoor showers and house numbers – all with a distinctive Robert Plumb signature style.
Keen on collaborations Robert Plumb has undertaken recent partnerships with architect Luigi Rosselli, graphic designer Evi O and David Harrison of Design Daily who has not only designed new additions to the range but revamped much loved furniture classics.
As most furniture pieces and pots and planters are made locally we are able to customise pieces to suit the specific requirements of a particular project.
In 2006 pre-eminent Sydney landscape designer William Dangar realised there was a gap in the market for premium architectural hardware and outdoor furniture. With his characteristic entrepreneurial spirit and passion for timeless design and quality materials.
The Ribbon Fixed Chaise can be purchased with an optional low profile seat cushion for additional comfort. An adjustable headrest cushion is also available. Long lasting fabrics from the Westbury Textiles Outdoor Linnen ranges are used to ensure the cushions are as durable as possible. The metal and timber frame is sold separately.
