Osaka Planter from Swisspearl

While many of Swisspearl’s planters are based on circular forms, the Osaka range is more of a cube with soft rounded corners. The vessels flare out towards the top pushing it further from its cube origins. The largest size of cube-like planters is the Osaka extra-large. It's nearly a square metre and 700mm deep making it big enough to accommodate small trees. Available in a natural cement finish. Based in Niederurnen and Payerne in Switzerland, Swisspearl is a company who has been specialising in cement products since 1903. Their products are made from a blend of cement, powdered limestone, cellulose and synthetic fibers, water and air. The result is the look of real poured concrete but at a fraction of the weight. The planters, furniture and accessories are highly durable being resistant to frost, rain and constant sun exposure – they are also fireproof.

Over time and with prolonged exposure to the elements, the material will develop a natural patina with the characteristics of aged cement. Please contact the showroom for details.
